Who's your favorite
Sprint car driver and
how's s/he doing so far?

Although teammate
Jimmie Johnson's, the
current top dog. Mine
is and always will be
#24 Jeff Gordon. king

Well, it's nearing toward the end
of the season. But, with only 2 races
left. Jeff's, chances of winning his
1st Sprint-Cup Championship, are
all but over (Many thanks! to Jeff
Burton, over the weekend in Texas).
Rolling Eyes Mad

Though, on the bright side team
-mate and 4 time defending Sprint
Cup Champion... Jimmie Johnson's,
only 33 points away from doing it
again for the 5th consecutive year.
cheers

Down by only 15 points heading
into the final race of the season.
I guess it's fair to say that Jimmie
Johnson, will win his 5th consecutive
Sprint Cup Championship, next week
in Miami (Mark my words). Wink

yea his son had his share of spectacular crash too including this one which seemed almost identical in the way it slammed into the wall only it went backwards which is probably what saved him.

Oh, Jeff's, sitting pretty these days,
as part owner of Jimmie Johnson, and
the #48 Lowes sponsored Team, with
Rick Hendricks. king

Actually, Jeff was in fourth (Standings)
after Talledega, and down by only -207
points heading into Texas (1st of the last
3 races).

But, Jeff Burton, ruined it by rear ending
him on lap 192 finishing in 36th for the day,
dropping to 6th in the standings and -326
points behind Denny Hamlin. Evil or Very Mad

Oh well, he ended up winning anyway!
(Jimmie Johnson). Laughing

Man, I don't think he'll ever be satisfied...
I know I wouldn't. Though, I could def do
without that "Jumbo jet," to say the least.
Then again, when companies like Gilette,
Coke, Sunoco, and DuPont, to name a few
pays you $25K every 10 seconds of comm
-ercial airtime... Ohh, why the hell not! eh?
