Great card overall. What a way to ring in the new year. What a performance by the crazy one Clay Guida lol....his best yet.he stayed quick and mobile against a much better fighter and outworked Gomi to a convincing submission. Thiago Silva and Brandon Vera(which really should have been the co-main event) put on an all out brawl but Silva was the bully in the end.It almost looked like he was the big brother punking the little brother, especially when he started slapping him like a bitch . Then Chris Leben gets shut the fuck up by a virtual new comer in the UFC,yea some "wet paper bag"punch eh Crippler? And finally one what I can truly say was THE most exciting championship fight Ive seen since Silva vs Sonnen. In the first round looked like it would go just as expected with maynard pushing Edgar around and almost TKO'ing him in the first but then Edgar came back with a vicious pace and effort in the next few round even getting some take downs on Maynard. He proved that he could overcome.I dunno people boo'ed at the end with the draw but sheesh what can you do both of those guys(especially little Eddie) fought their hearts out.I mean I could have seen a split decision as well but who would you give it to?I actually think Edgar would have had a slight edge there the way he was carrying on. Im pumped to see that new WEC prospect contend for the LW title now.

Best part of the fight.

Man, his reaction time reminds me of a 60 year old in a 30 year olds body. But, he's a local boy now. So, no matter what, I'll support him through thick and lights out!

I saw a true Champion, fight tonight! I mean, to actually survive let alone comeback from that 1st rounds just, UNBELIEVABLE!!!
But anyway, after watching the fight I thought they split 2 rounds a piece (1 and 3, Maynard/ 2 and 4, Edgar). 5's arguable, but I didn't see anything convincing either way. So, I saw it as an even round.
Though, I don't agree with the decision and still thought Gray won, because that first round's definitely a 10-8 round (47 -46 Maynard).

Ha!The Bully Maynard got shown up and Leben got shut up.What more could you ask for in a single night of fights? Your right Ev that was Supetastic.great way to kick off the New year.I know Edgar beat BJ twice and drew to keep his belt against Maynard but he's gonna be on a different playing field against Pettis Edgar may be good with his hands but this guy is on some straight up Jet Li Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon shit lol.I knew the day would come following Silva when someone would start doing movie shit. Cung Le is the only other dude besides A.Silva and Anthony Pettis that can perform actions like this and make them work lol.

Jones wins by first round TKO and Silva wins by second round TKO or submission. That simple.

| Yea Colt,I dunno why people are underestimating Silva against Vitor who will be noobie at 185.Everyone is expecting him to beat Silva up,but I guess time will tell.
Honestly I would much rather see a GSP vs Silva fight.

The 13th season of the reality series " The Ultimate Fighter" finally has its coaches, as UFC president Dana White announced tuesday that heavyweights Brock Lesnar and Junior Dos Santos, have agreed to fill the roles, since Cain will be out for the next 6 to 8 weeks on a torn rotator cuff. So, who you guys got? Brock Lesnar (5-2) Junior Dos Santos (12-1) After, watching Brocks last fight. I'm guessing it won't be any different this time out either (Junior, by TKO).
