A man is forced to resign from his job,as he is lead out of the workplace,he pulls a gun and starts shooting randomly at other employees.When the chaos was over 9 were dead including thr gunman and 2 wounded.This time the shaken and marred community is Hampton,Conneticut,the next time it could be ours.

50 years ago,rampages like this were virtually un heard of.......now we hardly look twice at the screen when we hear that there has been another one because they happen with such alarming frequency and each decade gets worse.The last one before this I believe of another workplace shooting in New Mexico that left 2 and the gunman dead 4 wounded.

But its not just workplaces that are seeing this kind of carnage......schools,shopping malls,streets even secure military bases have fallen victim to this phenomenon of domestic terrorism.And in more recent years of this century we have even seen a rise of copy cat like killing sprees in Europe including the worse in Germany and Finland.

In such plentiful society as the so called Western World......what is causing these bursts of violent unsanity and human sentiment?Are they random?What is the drivign factor behind most?Some blame the media ,some blame video games others blame music and movies and TV and guns availability.

I blame the social order of modernized society.The dog-eat dog-world that we live in does not provide leniency for those that are unable to cope with social and economic standards with which one has to uphold in order to stay relevant in the world.It causes frustration,depression and clearly madness.......

Did you get to see the press conference today for that incident?It was fucking disgusting .I sat dumbfounded infront of my television as the reporters quized the spokespeople of the company on if any of the racial discrimonation claims made by the killer prior to the rampage had any relevance.Infact thats what 85% of the questions were about.

There were some reletives of some of those that died on the podium along with some of the employess that fled the chaos and may have seen people that they knew and were freinds with murdered and here it is like they are on trial when this guy was the obvious racist he killed 8 people and intentionally targeted white employess from what I understand.

Unemployed middle aged James Oliver Huberty walked into a Mcdonalds resteraunt in the middle of the lunch rush on July 18th of that year and methodically murdered 21 people at random and shot 19 others before himself being mortally wounded by a Police sharp shooter in the heart after a 2 hour stand off with San Diego SWAT and California Highway patrolmen.

The incident was so shocking that each year since then the Mcdonalds corperation has stopped running TV ads every July 18th world wide in observance.

Some nutty Phillipine ex-policeman took a tour bus hostage in Manilla and then after several hours of negotiations with police he began spraying a machine gun at police and hostages.He was eventually shot and killed but he managed to slaughter 7 people and hurt several more.

There were some amazing pictures of the horror that took place,only giving a hint of the terror that those poor people must have endured inside.I couldnt deal with thinking about being trapped in a bus with no place to run and little place to hide or take cover in the middle of a shootout,especially with the gunman deliberatley shooting at passengers.

RIP to the victims.

Yep if your in a sticky terrorist like situation while touring a backward third world country,just leave it up to their special forces units to get you out of it safe and sound....(idiots).Yesterday's hostage standoff and shootout in Manilla Phillipines by far is one of the worst most unprofessional responses I have seen by any law enforcement in such a situation in a long long time.
I normally dont pay much attention to news from other countries but what happened yesterday in the Phillipines struck a bit a chord with me,I guess because I could imagine myself in those hostages' shoes as I used to use public transpo to go to and from work constantly.

early Monday a ex-police detective named Orlando Mendoza with the Manilla police hijacked a tour bus full of Chinese foreign nationals and demanded that he be reinstated as a police officer,following being relieved of his duties last week on accusations of corruption.
For 13 hours police negotiators spoke with the gunman,at one point even bringing his brother and neighbor to the sight to speak to him(as seen in the video above).They convinced him to release 25 of the 61 passengers onboard but as the hours wore on so did his temper.

Some time during nightfall,the seige came to a violent end when the M.T.R.U.(Manilla Tactical Response Unit) took a desperate and costly measure to breech the bus and rescue the hostages as seen here:

Shortly after the gunman fired a burst from an assault rifle,a gunfight broke out as police continued trying to neutralize the situation.



Evevntually the bus driver bailed out of a side window and a police marksman took out the gunman.Though when it was over 8 hostages were dead and 25 more were wounded.Police dont know if the shooter shot them purposefully or in exchanges with special forces.

I couldnt help but thinking to myself when seeing this tragic story A.How frightened those poor tourists must have been knowing that in such a small space and bullets whizzing around they were tactically f**cked with no place to run and little place to hide or take cover and B how stupid the Phillipine authorities were for allowing the situation to escalate to a lethal level when they could have brought it to an end hours earlier.
To make matters worse police waited 30 minutes after the gunman was down to finally resuce the survivors on board that were left,wasting precious time that could have saved some of the injured.They used a chord to pull a body laying near the step doors of the bus half way out to identify that it was the shooter.Then they finally signalled for emergency units to approach and begin triage.


Phillipine law enforcement is now on my sh** list along with Mexico and Columbia lol.They could have
1.Took the gunman our with sniper fire in the day time when he was standing near the door way letting hostages out,or talking to negotiators.......or even when he was peeping through the curtain windows on the side of the bug.
2.Seeing that his ONLY demand was to be reinstated as a cop they could have lied to him that he could have his job back,and then once they got him away from the hostages taken him down or out.
3.Not tried to breech the bus when it was obvious there was no tactical advantage and that their aactions would increase the risk of the those onboard and further agitating the armed perpatrator.
I recalled being more than a bit worried when I visited Singapore a few years ago about being kidnapped and noone being able to help but this just takes the cake.Now the whole world knows that Phillipinos are an EPIC failure when it comes to dealing with terrorist like situations.Im glad I never had any plans to go there anyway lol.

I felt terrible thinking about how unfortunete those tourists were to be caught in a labor dispute between armed cops lol.

Good going Phillipines,theres a way to market for international tourism.The actual people that should be protecting the foriegn nationals are killing them.
