I dont know about Affleck, for me its really hard to take him seriously in any film just cause he looks so generic as far as actors go........I dunno.....alll the best luck to him.
Long ass time no see from Mr.Affleck lol, what is he in his mid 30's now? After starring in a series of bad shitty films in the early 2000's including Pearl Harbor and Sum of all Fears,he appears to be back in business and ready for action and business in his newest upcoming flick and hollywood thriller "The Town" also starring Academy Award nominee Jeremy Renner.
The film's(which is scheduled for nationwide release Sept.17th) storyline appears to be set in the city of Boston and regards a criminal who falls in love with one of his kidnapped victims during a massive plot to pull one of the biggest bank jobs history. From that point on he is driven by affection to protect her from his sinister accomplices who want to silence her once she discovers the truth behind her abduction all the while trying to evade and fend off the oncoming jaws of justice(law enforcement).
Its funny to me how he just sort of seemed to pop up from out of no where in this film lol,I had forgotten about him, maybe he will be able to bounce back strong in this movie though something tells me that they are trying to do way to much with the script and usually I have a good call for these types of things. It looks interesting so I will probably go and waste $6.50 to see it.
Among has been actors that made a full recovery and revived their careers stronger than before include Robert Downey Jr. and Sylvester Stallone(who has a film "The Expendables coming out this month).
